Founded in October 2002 by Paula Wilburn, our mission is to provide essential services and support to families in Flagler, Volusia, Putnam, and St. Johns counties. Our community is made up of parents, grandparents, friends, and professionals who are dedicated to advocating for individuals with Down syndrome.
